TEN WAYS OF BEING DECEIVED:
1. Matthew 24:4, 5, 24, II Peter 2:1 … Deception by false Christs and false prophets … cults of today.
2. James 1:22 … Deception by hearing the Word, but not obeying.
3. Galatians 6:3 … Deceived by thinking ourselves to be something (pride).
4. I John 1:8 … Deceived by saying we have no fault or sin.
5. I Corinthians 3:18, 19 … Deceived by trusting the wisdom of this world (education)
6. James 1:26 … Deceived by an unbridled tongue.
7. I Corinthians 15:33 … Deceived by bad friends who ruin good character.
8. I Corinthians 6:9, 10 … Deceived by covering sin, unconfessed and unforgiven by Christ.
9. Ephesians 5:6, Romans 16: 18 … Deceived by fancy, smooth speech, enticing words.
10. Galatians 6:7-10 … Deceived by not realizing our actions and conduct today will determine our happiness and peace tomorrow.

Please read II Peter 1:2-11 … The divine nature in verse 1 is the divine nature of Jesus Christ, which is possible for every soul after a true conversion.
